Is Biblical Prophecy Encoded

In the Great Pyramid?

In establishing a prophetic chronology it is necessary to have a starting point. Several unique factors determine this starting point.

First, the Descending Passage, starting from the outside north slope of the Pyramid, has at a distance of about 40 feet from the entrance, straight knife-edge lines cut from roof to floor, one on each side and exactly opposite each other. Their appearance on the otherwise perfectly smooth walls of the passage certainly suggests that they are intended as a clear zero line or datum line from which to take measurements. They are called the "Scored Lines."

Second, the Descending Passage is found to be in exact alignment with the true north. In response to a question if the North Star ever shone directly down the Descending Passage, Sir John Herschel, the famous Astronomer Royal of England, ascertained in 1840 that only in the 22nd century B.C. did the then North Star or Pole Star, known as Draconis (Dragon Star), so shine. No other Pole Star in history has ever been in that exact position.

Sir John also found that at the very same time, the beautiful and much admired little stellar cluster, the Pleiades or "Seven Sisters," in the constellation of Taurus (the Bull), was in alignment with the Scored Lines. The Pleiades or Seven Stars are referred to in the Book of Job (38:31) "Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?" Also in Amos (5:8) "See him that maketh the seven Stars and Orion." Alcyone, the principal star of the cluster is classified as Tarui by astronomers.

The date at which the Dragon Star and the Pleiades were in those precise positions relative to the Pyramid was the vernal equinox of the year 2141 B.C. This particular year is singled out, by the Pyramid, as the year of reference in respect to chronological measurements. Thus the Pyramid's entire prophetic chronograph is astronomically fixed.

Measurements in inches, backward or forward from the Scored Lines, represent the corresponding number of years before or after that astronomically fixed date. To test the accuracy of this starting date was relatively simple. The date, being so far back in history, allows ample testing against known recorded historical events. Putting it to the actual test consisted of measuring the passages and chambers up and down from the Scored Lines, counting one year for each inch.

The Pyramid is not made of elastic, but of rigid stone, so the measurements cannot be stretched nor shortened. We can only take the dimensions of the passages, just as they were constructed by the ancient builders, and let the results take care of themselves.

The distance measuring back up the Descending Passage from the Scored Lines is 482 Pyramid inches, representing 482 years. Counting 482 years back from the datum line of 2141 B.C. brings us to the year 2623 B.C. This was the year that work on the construction of the Great Pyramid began.

As the passages of the Pyramid's interior symbolized ages which were then future, this date for the entrance to the Pyramid was most appropriate.

Measuring 688 inches beyond Scored Lines down the Descending Passage to an aperture appearing in the roof, marks the entrance to the ascending Passage. Progressing 688 years from 2141 B.C. gives the date of 1453 B.C. This was the date of the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt and their receiving the Divine Law, through Moses, on Mt. Sinai.

The institution of the Passover (the first feature of the Law) marked the beginning of the age commonly referred to as the "Dispensation of the Law" (Mosaic Law), a period of time from the Exodus and giving of the Law to man as a way to eternal life and ending at the Crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Being the first man able to keep the Law inviolate, He fulfilled it, thus ending that dispensation.

This period of time has been considered, by most Bible chronologists, as being 1485 years. As the date for the Exodus was 1453 B.C. and that for the Crucifixion was A.D. 33, the interval between them is inflexible 1485 years.

Measuring up the Ascending Passage at the given scale of an inch to a year, we find the length is 1485 inches and therefore the end of the passage marks precisely the date A.D. 33 (Spring). (For the sake of any who may not be used to chronological reckoning, the rule for ascertaining the A.D. date required is to deduct the figures of the B.C. date from the total period and add 1, thus 1485-1453+1=A.D. 33.)

This period of time, being rigidly fixed as 1485 years so far as the Pyramid evidence is concerned, clearly shows that the Ascending Passage represents the Law Dispensation period....

The amazing and conclusive result of applying the inch-years scale produced the PROOF OF DIVINE REVELATION. Erected over 2600 years before the Crucifixion of Christ and even 1000 years before the first books of the Bible were written, the Great Pyramid is found to contain in its design a prophetic chronology, recorded centuries before the actual events took place and also long before any of the Biblical prophecies, concerning Christ were uttered.

Although erected at a time when humanity had most crude ideas of the universe and even of our own Earth, the Pyramid built under the Divine inspiration, displays the Christian religion upon a scientific basis. Modern discovery and research have revealed the fact that this, the world's most massive edifice, symbolically and by measurement, proclaim Jesus Christ as the Redeemer of Israel and the Savior of the World. His birth, His baptismal, His life, His death, His resurrection and ascension -- is the central theme of the Great Pyramid as well as of the Bible....

The Book of Enoch

The Book of Enoch was written at, or before, the Torah (first five books of the Bible).  It was quoted at length in the Book of Jude, the Apostle Paul relied on it for some of his teaching, and Jesus quoted many precepts from it as well.

The Book of Enoch is not believed to be written by the patriarch, Enoch, as he was alive a thousand years or so prior to its writing.  The Book of Enoch goes into much greater detail about the “fallen angels” in Genesis,  the Flood Story and the events described in Daniel, as well as the Book of Revelations.

The Book of Enoch was considered “canonical” up until about the fourth century A.D. being accepted by the Church and referred to as frequently as the Apocrypha and the Bible.  Ultimately, the (Catholic) church deemed it heresy because it implied evil demons and angels actually took the form of humans and walked amongst man on the earth.  The Catholic scholars of the day of the Council of Nicea, et al. decided to essentially “burn” the Book of Enoch – thereby putting it away from those who would wish to use it as a study guide.

The Book of Enoch surfaced in the mid 1700s in a church in Ethiopia, where it was preserved.  Several copies of the original text was brought to the United States and England and was translated into English in 1881 and 1912.

Protestants have learned the Catholic theology well and have little to no understanding about the wealth of information available in the Book of Enoch.

Right Hand

By:  David Deschesne

In the Bible, the "Right Hand" is symbolic of power, strength and authority over one's self and his surroundings.

Exodus 15:6  "Your right hand O Lord glorious in power, Your right hand, O Lord shatters the foe!"

Duet. 33:2  "...Lightning flashing at them from His right."

'Right' is from the Latin rectus - which means: "ruled"

In Greek, 'Right' is derived from the word dexios and dechomai - to receive, accept, take (willingly) - an exercise of individual power to receive/accept something or not.   The adjectival semantic strands include: 'straight,' 'upright,' 'righteous,' and 'legitimate.'

"His right hand man." is an idiom describing one in whom authority is willfully delegated and can be trusted by the delegator.  Jesus sits at the "right hand of the father" making Him God's Right Hand Man.  Biblically, the 'right hand' symbolizes God's authority over His creation, and man's authority over himself (free will) to contract or not contract with others around him, also in whom he will place his faith and trust.

In Revelation 13:16 , the "Mark of the Beast" is prophesied as being placed in the "Right Hand."   It is quite probable that Right Hand in the socio-economic context of that verse, was meant by John, the author, to be an idiom for a person's power and authority over himself to willingly use some form of mark (or government identifier) when engaging in trade or commerce with another - not necessarily symbolic of a part of the body with five fingers and a thumb.

Render unto Caesar

By:  David Deschesne

Your ability to work, your human labor/energy units plus good health is all a gift from God.  Thus, your human energy is where the 10% tithe ultimately comes from.  Regardless of what you convert that energy into, 10% of the product is God's.  It is freely given as a testimony of the worth of His word - not to "pay the bills" of the church.

"Caesar" did not gift you your energy, good health, or ability to labor.  Therefore, that energy and the product derived from it is not "Caesar's."

All wealth is derived from the ground in the form of food, fuel, lumber, potatoes, etc.  When you convert your God-gifted energy into wealth directly, nothing should be "rendered to Caesar" because nothing in that process was his to begin with.  Caesar did not produce the wealth contained in the ground that your labor may be impressed upon - God did.  In ancient days, the tithe was brought to the storehouse in the form of food; money was only used when traveling long distances that where the food would spoil.  The food was thus traded/converted into something that wouldn't spoil, usually gold or silver.   Products derived from the ground with your God-gifted energy hold the human labor exerted to produce them, thus storing your labor's energy within that product - like a battery stores electricity.

When you convert your God-gifted energy into "Caesar's" money, which would be analogous to today's Federal Reserve Notes, that money was created by "Caesar" (the private, for-profit Federal Reserve bank) not God, and must be rendered back to him/them.  Thus, the scripture at Matthew 22:21 is correct, and fits.  By contracting with each other, using Caesar's "money" as the medium of exchange, we are giving to Caesar through excessive, confiscatory taxation, that which belongs to God.  Caesar (government) then uses that money to make itself a "god" over the people who faith in it for their welfare, food stamps, medicine, etc., instead of the Lord God.  We allow Caesar into our private contracts voluntarily every day and should begin considering disallowing Caesar that privilege in the future.

Who was Jesus?

Did He Come out of That Tomb?

By: David Deschesne

(A special "Thank You!" goes out to the late Dr. Gene Scott, Ph.D. for his original, invaluable teaching on Jesus that inspired, and is the foundation of, this article.)

Was Jesus A Good and Wise Teacher?

Jesus went around saying things about himself that would prohibit calling him "good" and "wise." Indeed, no mortal man could say the things about himself Jesus did and still be good and wise.

No other founders of religion ever made claims about themselves that Jesus did. Buddha's philosophy was a system of perfection through benevolent works, culminating in Nirvana - thus breaking the chain of reincarnation; Ch'iu K'ung (a.k.a. "Confucius") taught a moral relativist system of ethics. He never concerned himself with a deity and was never considered as a religious leaders by his immediate followers. Mohammed only spoke of a vision from God, not as if he were God.

Some of the claims Jesus made about himself were considered by the religious world of his day as heretical at the least and blasphemous at the worst.

Unlike other founders of religion, He seated authority in himself. "Behold I say," and "All authority in heaven is given to me" are some of the things he said. He never said, "The Lord told me to tell you this." He spoke as if he were the Lord.

He had no sense of moral imperfection. He thought of himself as perfect and went around conveying that attitude. He was also the only founder of a religion that never prayed the prayer he told his disciples to. That prayer, known today as The Lord's Prayer, couldn't have been prayed by Jesus, because within that prayer it asks God to "forgive our trespasses" since He had none, Jesus couldn't pray that prayer. Indeed, the true "Lord's Prayer" - the one Jesus prayed to our Heavenly Father - is found in John 17.

Jesus spoke of eternity from the inside. He spoke of Heaven in the same familiarity as someone else would speak of their own home. He said he was there when Satan was cast out and he was before Abraham was. He also told his followers that he had been in Heaven, was here for a short time, and was going to go back to prepare a place for them, as well as all future generations who would follow him.

Jesus put himself in the center of the religious universe. "Come after me," "Follow me, "I am the door," "I am the way" are sayings that no mortal man could say about himself if he wasn't also God.

He said the world was broken and can't be fixed any other way than he would have to die as a ransom to redeem it; and furthermore, that after he died, he'd be raised back to life in seventy-two hours.

Now, a mortal person who goes around saying things about himself that Jesus did could be a good person, genuinely believe those things about himself, but would be considered crazy - therefore he couldn't be wise. He could be wise enough to fool everybody into believing his con but then he wouldn't be good. If any other man than the Lord in the flesh went around saying those things about himself he could never be considered good and wise. The only two choices that could be made about him are: 1.) He's a fake and crazy or 2.) He's telling the truth. The only way to know for sure, is if he comes out of the tomb. If anybody were to say the things about themselves Jesus did and raise from the dead three days after death, we should take another look at him. To date, Jesus is the only one who was able to make the claim that he rose from the dead three days after he died. So, since he was telling the truth on the most inconceivable of his assertions, he must have been telling the truth about the remaining. That brings us to the Resurrection. Did Jesus really come out of that tomb?

The Resurrection

In order to have a reasonable discussion on a topic that happened in the past, we have to presume certain facts to be true before the discussion can move forward. For example, if we want to talk about last month's town council meeting we have to agree 1.) there is a town council, 2.) they did meet, 3.) there were a certain number of councilors present, and 4.) they discussed certain items on their agenda. If we can't agree to at least those facts, then a reasonable discussion about the meeting cannot ensue.

As for the Resurrection, there are a few historical facts that, since nobody alive today was a witness to, have to be presumed as facts. They are: 1.) Jesus lived, 2.) Jesus was crucified, 3.) He was considered dead, 4.) He was buried in a known, accessible tomb, 5.) It was preached that he raised, ascended and the tomb was empty, 6.) Jewish Leaders were more concerned to disprove the resurrection than we are today, because their livelihood was at stake, 7.) Those who preached the resurrection were persecuted and 8.) the tomb was empty.

Before any logical, reasoned discussion of the resurrection can take place, those eight facts have to be presumed.

Now, there are several theories that attempt to negate the resurrection and attempt to cast a light upon it that it's a myth. The first is that the disciples stole the body - which means they lied. Well, a few people can get together and concoct a lie, but in the days of the disciples, after the resurrection, they were spread over the land to various countries where they were ultimately martyred in horrible deaths for the supposed lie that they were espousing. Psychologists who study group dynamics agree that it is inconceivable that someone participating in a lie would stick to the lie when there is no possible way any of the other group members would find out that he, under pain of torture and death gave in and told the truth. All of the disciples, separated from each other and unable to communicate, one not knowing if the other was "sticking to the story" chose to die painful, horrible deaths rather than admit the resurrection wasn't true. The only conceivable reason all disciples stuck to their stories under such conditions is that they knew they were telling the truth and feared the consequences to their souls if they said the resurrection was a hoax.

Another, the Jewish Leaders took the body. That's ludicrous. If the resurrection was proven to be true, the Jewish leaders would have had to admit that Jesus was who he said he was - God. That would have caused them to lose all credibility with their followers and thus they would be out of a job. If the Jewish Leaders had taken Jesus' body, all they would have to do to prove the resurrection didn't occur was to show the body to the people. Along the same lines is the theory that the Roman leaders took the body. Well, at that time, the Jewish leaders were on pretty good terms with the Roman officials and would have been able to request them to produce the body so it could be shown to everyone and thus disprove the resurrection. The body was never produced by either Jewish or Roman leaders.

What about if the women went to the wrong tomb? Well, it was a known, accessible tomb. All the Jewish leaders would have had to do was take the people to the right tomb and show the body was still there. The fact is, they went to the right tomb and the body wasn't there.

Resuscitation? Some have said that Jesus wasn't really dead, and that in the cool of the cave, Jesus resuscitated. You don't resuscitate from a Roman crucifixion.

A final theory was that there was mass hallucinations of seeing Jesus come back. Well, hallucinations can not occur to many different people at different times in different places and have them all see the exact same thing. Also, the disciples' minds weren't in a state or condition that would have been conducive to hallucinations. Besides, hallucinations don't explain where the body went.

Other evidences of the resurrection are: 1.) there was a cataclysmic change in the disciples. Each of their personalities changed dramatically after the event compared to before. Undependable Peter became the "rock" the church was built on; James and John - the 'sons of thunder', rebellious and selfish became the epitome of love and understanding; Thomas - the doubter became an unequivocal believer. 2.) There is intrinsic evidence in the gospels since they were all written by different people at different times, and in different places and still confirmed each other's facts and accounting of events. and finally, 3.) It's inconceivable that the disciples would pay the price they did by dying for a supposed lie, and dying alone in the midst of great pain and torture if they knew none of the others in the group would find out they didn't continue the supposed 'lie' - if it was a lie. As St. Thomas Aquinas noted, it is impossible that not one of these people wouldn't break if the resurrection story was a lie.

The bottom line is that Jesus did come out of that tomb, historical facts and precedent shows it. Now, since he did raise back to life three days after his death, like he said he would, which was the most impossible thing to do, all the other things he said about himself, are therefore true, as well. Jesus was God in the flesh. Jesus is the living God.

Ten Horns,

Ten Crowns

“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.”

-Revelation 13:1

By: David Deschesne

There is general disagreement among scholars over who or what the “ten crowns” are in the book of Revelation.

One thesis points to the European Union, the other to the ten original countries of NATO and a third sees the ten world regions created by the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) as the solution to the symbolic “crowns.”

Regardless of which entity it may be, there is one common denominator that can be pointed to as the originator of all three - the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and its associated minions and organizations.

Having a ubiquitous man on a white horse as its logo (see Fort Fairfield Journal, July 20, 2004, page 9), the CFR has been working systematically for over 80 years in the United States, as well as in England with its sister-organization, the Royal Institute for International Affairs, toward bringing the world together under one unified global government and monetary system.

“The horn is used as a symbol of power, strength, honor and grandeur. Sometimes it is a good power, and sometimes an evil power. Sometimes it refers to the strength of a nation, other times to the ruler of a nation. Sometimes it refers to a position of elegance and popularity with pride…(The horns of Revelation 13:1) represents Satan’s Antichrist who will have power over the nations.” - Dictionary of Bible Types, ©1999 Hendrickson Publishers, Inc., pp. 213, 232.

The ‘glue’ that would hold together any form of one-world confederation is that of money.

There is currently in place a sort of de facto “one-world currency”. It is called the “Special Drawing Right” (SDR)

The SDR was created in 1969 by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as a reserve currency to be used as a medium of exchange between member countries.

The SDR is calculated on the value of four major world currencies: The U.S. dollar (45%); Euro (29%); Yen (15%) and Pound Sterling (11%).

Member governments borrow and/or settle their accounts with each other through the IMF with these Special Drawing Rights.

Membership in the Fund is a prerequisite to membership in the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) and close working relationships exist between the two organizations, as well as between the fund and GATT and the Bank for International Settlements. - Encyclopedia of Banking and Finance, ©1983 Bankers Publishing Company, p. 521.

Currently, CFR-friendly politicians and bankers in the U.S. are actively pursuing a plan to merge the currencies of the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new currency, the Amero.

CFR-friendly politicians have also been successful in the U.S. at implementing a “mark of the beast”-style National Identification card into Americans’ driver’s licenses so they can be more efficiently tracked and traced by government and banking.

The CFR is a private, unelected club comprised of people who have as an unwritten doctrine, the desire to “bring the kingdom of Heaven to earth” through their own initiative and ability - a feat only the Lord God can accomplish, not man.

Thou Shalt Smite The Rock

By: David Deschesne

The King James Version of the Holy Bible is inarguably the best translation we have today, but there are subtle nuances inherent in the original Hebrew words that are lost when translated over to English. One such nuance is the word “rock.”

There are at least two different words in Hebrew for our English word, rock.

The first Hebrew word is 907 (tsur) which means a solid rock. In Exodus, 17:6 God commanded Moses to strike the 907 in order to get water out of it to sustain the lives of the thirsty Israelites.

The second word for rock in Hebrew is 3-Ź (‘sela) which means a rock with a crag, or a cleft/crack in it. In Numbers, 20:8 God told Moses to speak to the 3-Ź in order to bring forth water. Moses subsequently disobeyed God and struck the previously cracked rock with his rod, causing it to issue forth water. God then told him, “Because you did not trust Me enough to affirm My sanctity in the sight of the Israelite people, therefore you shall not lead this congregation into the land that I have given them.”

In these two instances, the “rock” is used to typify Christ. Christ is only to be smitten (struck) once for the sins of mankind. In Exodus, the rock that has not yet been struck is described as tsur - a rock with no crack. Once struck, the water of life pours out - as is typified through Christ’s death and resurrection.

In Numbers, the rock is described as ‘sela - a rock with a crack. It is the same rock that had already been struck. In this passage, the Lord is teaching us through symbolism, to talk to Christ, have a personal relationship with Him through faith in order to bring out the “water of life,” or salvation.

When Moses struck the rock, instead of speaking to it, as commanded, he angered the Lord who was attempting to use this event as a teaching lesson to use the rock to illustrate the type of Christ, who issues forth the water of salvation. That is what got Moses banished from the Promised Land.

“God, in his typology, chooses the words. “Strike the rock” is the type of Christ from whom the water of life flows. Once having struck, he doesn’t have to do it again. Now the rock (type of Christ who has been smitten for us) is a rock with a cleft and he wasn’t to hit that. Which is why Paul can say in the New Testament, “They all followed that rock” and that rock was Christ, because it was a picture - God in His precision (that is why I pay so much attention to these words) is distinguishing between the rock that was to be smitten, and that wasn’t yet cleft, and just speak, the word of faith.”-Dr. Gene Scott, Ph.D.

“At Rephadim, Moses is instructed to take his rod and, in the company of the elders, to smite the rock. There is an all-important detail here: God, in the person of the angel, stands upon the rock (Ex. 17:6) indicating surely the closest of connection between the rock and Yahweh. The narrative is so concise that we might not linger over this most significant detail. We are given to understand, however, that when Moses struck the rock, he was also symbolically striking the representative of God.

The key to understanding the symbolism of the incident is provided by the Apostle Paul, "For they drank of a spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ" (I Cor. 10:4). We are thus encouraged by Paul to understand the symbolism of the episode in Exodus 17. The apostle helps our understanding further when he says: "...God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself" (II Cor. 5:19). This leads us to the obvious conclusion that when the Jews rejected and crucified the Lord Jesus, they were effectively rejecting their God also. Our Lord makes this abundantly clear: "He that hateth me hateth my Father also" (John 15:23). Thus we are brought to the conclusion that striking the rock by Moses according to the direction of God prefigures the striking of the Lord Jesus upon the cross, according to the determined will of the Father.” - (see: )

Jacob’s Pillow

It has been theorized that the rock Jacob laid his head on in Genesis 28 is the same rock Moses was ordered to strike in a later generation.

“You can read in Exodus and in Numbers, God said to Moses, ‘Gather the people at the rock.’ I happen to believe that was the rock Jacob laid his head on - the pillar stone. How else in the wilderness would you get three million people to know: Gather at ‘the’ rock which is what God said to tell them. ‘Strike at the rock,’ and the water comes forth.”-Dr. Gene Scott, Ph.D.

Stone of Destiny

There are some scholars today that believe not only that Jacob’s pillar stone traveled with Moses and the Israelites, but remained with the Israelites to this day.

“Then in 569 B.C., an elderly white-haired patriarch, sometimes referred to as a ‘saint,’ came to Ireland. With him was the princess daughter of an eastern king and a companion called ‘Simon Brach,’ spelled in different histories as Breck, Berech, Brach, or Berach. The princess had a Hebrew name Tephi - a pet name - her full name being Tea-Tephi…

...This royal party included the son of the king of Ireland who had been in Jerusalem at the time of the siege. There he had become acquainted with Tea-Tephi. He married her shortly after 585 - when the city fell. Their young son, now about 12 years of age, accompanied them to Ireland. Besides the royal family, Jeremiah brought with them some remarkable things, including a harp, an ark, and a wonderful stone called “lia-fail,” or “stone of destiny…”

...many kings in the history of Ireland, Scotland, and England have been coronated sitting over this stone - including the present queen. The stone rests today in Westminster Abbey in London, and the coronation chair is built over and around it. A sign beside it labels it “Jacob’s pillar-stone” - The United States and Britain in Prophecy, ©1980 Worldwide Church of God, pp. 92-93.

Queen’s Lineage

The current Queen of England purports to be from the kingly lineage of David and can trace her genealogy all the way back to King David throughout the Judaic line. This seems to confirm the prophecy in Genesis 49:10 where Jacob confirmed the promise on Judah, “The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come…

Shiloh is interpreted as “Messiah,” a new king David who would come out of the House of Judah. (see The Torah: A Modern Commentary, W. Gunther Plaut, ©1981 Union of American Hebrew Congregations, p. 309)

An analysis of the thesis of the Judaic birthright as it relates to the Queen of England will be expanded on further in a future issue of the Journal.

By: David Deschesne

Our word “tyrant” is derived from the Greek Τύραννος. (Tyrannus). Tyrannus is the name of a man in whose school or place of audience Paul taught the gospel for two years, during his sojourn in Epphesus (see Acts 19:9). “The School of Tyrannus alone had never been a great moral or perhaps even intellectual force in Ephesus. But the school of Tyrannus with Paul to teach in it exerted a tremendous influence in all religion.”1

Tyrant is a term applied in modern times to a ruler of a cruel and oppressive character. This use is based on a misapprehension of the Greek word, which implied nothing more than unconstitutional sovereignty. The use of the word “tyrant” in the bad sense is due largely to the ultra-constitutionalists of the 4th century in Athens at the close of the Peloponnesian War. 2

The cause of tyranny has always been due to man believing he can be like God. The oppressor exercises power over others; the oppressed, waging war against the oppressor, exercise the same power reciprocally. Tyranny’s author is not God. While God does punish, He does not oppress in order to persuade obedience. The spirit of tyranny comes from Satan. The power of civil government as outlined in Romans 13 in the Holy Bible is detailing that of a government who is following God as ministers of His will for good, not evil. When a popularly elected government no longer acknowledges God as their Lord, it has relinquished its divine authority and, hence, its legitimacy to rule over the people who elected it. In order for tyranny to perpetually exist, a tyrant must posses three things. They are:

NUMBERS: A tyrant must have a sufficient number of enforcers to do his will.

ARMS: The loyal enforcers of the tyrant must be equipped with a sufficient number of armaments in order to enforce the tyrant’s edicts on a population which vastly outnumbers them. Disarming the population is always helpful to these ends.

LOYALTY: In addition to vast numbers of enforcers, a tyrant must have their complete and unquestioned loyalty to “do what they’re told” regardless of the mission.

The essence of tyranny is that a tyrant requires a sufficient number of loyal, armed enforcers. If just one of the three legs of the tyrant’s stool falls, (i.e. “numbers, “loyalty”, or “arms”) so, to, will the tyrant.

In the unlikely event one could reduce the numbers of the tyrant’s enforcers, it would only strengthen the resolve of the loyalty of those remaining few who still have weapons to be used on the tyrant’s behalf. The problem is that it is very hard to reduce the numbers without an outright conflict.

As far as the second leg of the tyrant’s stool, arms, it would be virtually impossible to disarm a large group of enforcers - not to mention very costly in human life, and still more conflict.

As it can be seen, it is practically impossible to fight against a tyrant’s numbers of enforcers, or their armaments. These enforcers hold a blind, ignorant belief in their leader. They are generally coaxed along with misguided patriotism. The most effective method for bringing down a tyrant, therefore is to affect the loyalty of his/her enforcers. Once loyalty is lost, the numbers and arms cease their effectiveness.

In order to affect loyalty, the armed enforcers must learn the truth of their malevolent leader and, concomitantly become emboldened to stand against him. If only a few learn the truth, then they will hesitate to act out of fear of reprisals from the rest of their brother enforcers. The truth, therefore has the power of a sword when used in the right way.

The 20th century’s most recognizable tyrant is Adolph Hitler. However, history is replete with tyrants who make Hitler look like a Sunday School teacher by comparison.

Prince Vlad Dracula ‘The Impaler’, Prince of Walachia in what is today Romania, would impale his victims on wooden stakes. 3

Ivan IV, tsar of Russia in the mid 1500s, implemented Russia’s first Secret Police who were dressed in black like many of the police officers in the United States today. Ivan reveled in torture. He chose men of petty nobility to work as his police; men with narrow minds who never contradicted him.4 This is the same mindset of police officers today, who “just do what the legislature tells them to do” and the military who “just follow orders.”

Females are equally capable of being tyrants. Elizabeth Bathory, Countess of Transylvania in the late 1500s enjoyed inflicting pain on large bosomed girls and ultimately resorted to witchcraft rituals where the blood was drained from virgin females to be used as her own personal “fountain of youth.”5

Evil is the common denominator of all tyrants. At the same time, they all must have a group of armed, loyal enforcers, willing to carry out the orders of their respective leader. Without high numbers of loyal, armed enforcers, a tyrant can not exist.

A tyrant cannot be voted out of office, nor will he voluntarily relinquish control. A tyrant considers opposition to his will as an act of “terrorism” against himself and his people. A tyrant cannot be appealed to, or negotiated with, for a redress of grievances. A tyrant cannot be reasoned with. The only language a tyrant understands is that in which he communicates - overwhelming physical force.

Of the three legs of the stool of tyranny, there is only one which does not exist in the physical realm - Loyalty. Because we “...wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.,”6 the spiritual leg of the tyrant’s stool is loyalty. As an enforcer of the tyrant, it is the spiritual facet of a man which compels him to be loyal and to faithfully obey his leader and follow his orders. The other two legs - Numbers (of enforcers) and Arm(ament)s are merely physical tools which the spirit of loyalty utilizes to achieve its ends. Loyalty does not require large numbers or armaments in order to exist. If you take away either of those legs of the tyrant’s stool, he will fall, but any remaining enforcers, though possibly unarmed, may still retain loyalty to their leader. These are the enforcers who are most dangerous to freedom.

Today’s systems of government, as benevolent as they may appear to be, will be the tools of anti-Christ in the end times. Satan is counting on us loyally bowing and submitting to his biometric face scans, thumb scans, welfare and social programs, Police State and track and trace control cashless money systems for our safety, security and sustenance; instead of bowing to the Lord God.

The genesis of tyranny began at the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, its conclusion will be with Jesus using the sword of the truth to repel it by affecting the loyalty of Satan’s armed enforcers.7

The Book of Jasher

הישר ספר

The Straight/Correct Record

By: David Deschesne

Editor/Publisher, Fort Fairfield Journal  November 8, 2006, p. 9

The Book of Jasher, הישר ספר, is a book that more completely describes and illustrates many events which occurred in the Book of Genesis as well as selected portions of the Old Testament.

Jasher is not the name of a prophet, or even a proper name for a man. In the original Hebrew, it is preceded with the definite article “the” - which is never used with a proper name of a person. In its original Hebrew, the “Book of Jasher” actually means: “The straight/upright/corrected record.”

The Book of Jasher is referred to two times in the King James Bible. Once at Joshua 10:13, where the verse reminds the reader of the sun being stopped in the sky as was written in “the Book of Jasher” and the second time at II Samuel, 1:18 where the Book of Jasher is cited as the source for the subsequent verses.

Now, taking a closer look at the Joshua 10:13 reference, King James, as well as most other modern texts, used what’s called the Masoretic text of the Hebrew Bible to translate from. The Masoretic text was penned a couple hundred years or so after Christ. When comparing that Joshua text in the Masoretic version with the Septuagint, which is a Greek translation of the Hebrew texts before Christ (and the ‘Bible’ Jesus taught from when He walked the earth) the reference to Jasher is not there. It is not alarming that the pre-Christ Septuagint translation of Joshua doesn’t contain the Jasher reference, while the post-Christ Masoretic text does. It is likely the Masoretes inserted the reference to Jasher parenthetically to refer the reader to the portion of Jasher that corroborates Joshua’s sun-stopping story. Indeed, the Book of Jasher does mention Joshua’s story of the sun and moon stopping as the King James does.1

The Septuagint, which is the older translation of the Old Testament, does however mention the Book of Jasher as the “Book [entitled] ‘Straight’” in II Samuel 1:18 - which corroborates the King James.2

As previously mentioned, Jasher further explains and expands on many of the stories in Genesis. For example, it mentions how Eve had three daughters after giving birth to Cain and Abel3; it describes a flood that destroyed a third of the earth long before Noah came on the scene4; shows Cain’s death to be the result of an unfortunate hunting accident5; describes what appears to be a U.F.O. that brought Enoch out of the world6; and goes into great detail about the conversation Abraham had with Isaac as they were going up the mountain to sacrifice Isaac - in fact, a whole chapter is dedicated to that conversation where Isaac is shown to be fully aware that he is to be the sacrifice and completely accepts it to the point of helping to collect the wood for the fire that will burn him.7 Jasher also shows how Satan has disguised himself as a humble old man in human form8 or a strapping young, attractive male9 in order to deceive and mislead. There are also many other more fully developed versions of Old Testament stories contained therein.

The English translation of the Hebrew Book of Jasher was done in 1840 and has been verified to be an accurate translation by at least four different authorities. It is available in paperback form from Artisan Publishers,
